Salary: envisaged range £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Hours of Work 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Opportunity to work weekends during busy periods

Opportunity to progress onto Duty Manager rota

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading passenger transport business passionate about the service they provide.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident individual to work alongside the Operations and Reservations Teams providing a varied range of administrative and general office support functions in our busy transport office.

Experience in the Passenger Transport sector would be ideal but all our systems and procedures can be taught.


  • Working alongside the Ops Team you will ensure staff have all the relevant paperwork required
  • Working alongside the Reservation team you will assist them responding to customer enquiries
  • Use our booking and reservation system to provide quotes
  • Contact customers to follow up quotes provided
  • Telephone customers to conduct pre departure checks
  • Compile data for use in reports for Operations and Payroll
  • Liaise with suppliers, ordering parts and office stationary supplies
  • Maintain passenger lists and the updating of route maps


We are looking for candidates to be able to demonstrate they have;

  • A hard working attitude with an approachable nature
  • Good computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook


  • Administrative Role in a similar environment: 2 years (preferred)
  • NVQ in Business administration (or similar)
